War of the Worlds tribute

Is it weird that I drew this while mainly listening to New Divide by Linkin Park..? 

Anyway, I Just finished the book for the third time (it’s literally the best book of all time), looked at my collection of WoTW related stuff, and decided to draw this. 

I decided to do a tribute to every memorable adaption of the novel, including the novel itself. I was going to include the radio broadcast but I couldn’t think of any visuals to go along with it, plus I didn’t have enough room on my canvas. I drew the main protagonist of the adaptations and the versions of the fighting machines they used.

The 1953 film belongs to George Pal 

The 70s musical and stage show belongs to Jeff Wayne

And the 2005 film belongs to Steven Spielberg
